Returns & Exchanges

At Rocket Dog, we want you to love your new shoes, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, then print it out and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the box is taped securely to protect your footwear during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
